Bikes and mountain bikes
The houses are located in Bormio, near the Alpine passes that have made the history of the Giro d’Italia, such as the Gavia, the Mortirolo and the Stelvio.
Given the proximity to the Bormio ski area, the downhill possibilities are significant.
The presence of a large garage also allows you to store bicycles indoors
Ski
The houses are ideal for skiing as they are located 50 meters from the finish line of the return slope of the Bormio ski area, the legendary Stelvio slope, a historical track of the Ski World Cup.
Bormio will host the men’s ski races of the 2026 “MilanoCortina” Winter Olympics.
The ski lifts are 250 meters away. The magnificent ski resorts of Santa Caterina Valfurva, Livigno and San Colombano are at distances between 10 and 30 kilometers
The thermal baths
Bormio represents one of the major alpine spas that have been exploited since Roman times, with the Bagni Nuovi, the Bagni Vecchi and the Terme di Bormio
Hiking and mountaineering
Bormio is the gateway to the Stelvio National Park. There are countless possibilities for excursions and mountaineering trips, with mountains reaching almost 4000 meters and valleys suitable for unforgettable walks.
Given the mountain tradition of the Martinelli family, there are 2 Alpine Guides in the family who, upon request, can accompany you on your mountaineering adventure. One of which was mentioned by the Piolet d’Or for a significant ascent in 2019!
THE FLATS
The apartments, divided between Casa Renzo and Casa Elda, are located in Bormio and are suitable for between 2 and 10 people. Wi-Fi available in Casa Renzo. Ski lockers and a garage for your bikes.
For groups or large families we offer the Camp de l’Ors apartment which can accommodate up to 10-12 people. Located in Sant’Antonio Valfurva 4 kilometers from Bormio, it is close to the magnificent ski resort of Santa Caterina and is ideal for walks in the Stelvio National Park.
To guarantee you the best possible quality of service, we do not accept reservations for periods of less than five days.
